Cathy received her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. She has worked in the field for the past 8 years and has experience in treating both mental health and substance abuse.
Matt Wilkof
Operations Supervisor
Matthew started his career in the treatment industry in 2012 after leaving a music career behind. After getting sober in 2011, he wanted to get into the field to help those still suffering from addiction. In 2015, Matt became the director of operations at Simple Path Recovery and would eventually become supervisor.
Derek Steinmetz
Operations Manager
Derek began working in the addiction treatment field in 2016. Prior to that, he was an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) technician who had struggled with addiction most of his adult life before getting sober. With a passion for fixing things, Mr. Steinmetz decided to make a lateral change to assist others with substance use disorders. Derek is also working towards his master’s degree in social work at Walden University, so that he can continue to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.
